All meals are served in our grand dining hall, rich with Taisho-era history

A rare architectural masterpiece from 1919.

Kansuiro is one of the few remaining historic high-rise wooden structures in Japan. As you dine, please take a moment to look up at the ceiling of our grand hall—it was built using a unique traditional Japanese technique called "Somotase (総もたせ)," which supports the vast space without a single central pillar.

The ceiling features Jindai-sugi (神代杉, Ancient Japanese Cedar)—a "miracle timber" buried underground for over 1,000 years.
